Sedartis Swiss Quality Hotel, Thalwil

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had balconies offering spectacular views across the lake and nearby dwellings, though lacking an iron and ironing board. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist with our plans. The location was outstanding, just a 2-minute walk from the station with easy access to Zurich city center and the airport. The dining was satisfactory, offering fresh food but could have had a richer selection given the price. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience with some minor room amenities missing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a seminar, as it is conveniently located right next to the train station. The rooms were immaculately clean, all thanks to the hard-working cleaning staff. However, the view of the road and train station from my room was a small drawback. The service provided, including the surprise of two Dyson Fans in the terrace bar lounge, was exceptional and exceeded my expectations.
